What MenuBuddy is
MenuBuddy, run by Scott Ninness (sole trader, United Kingdom), redesigns your existing menu from photos you upload. Seeing your redesigned menu as a watermarked preview is free. If you love it, a one-off payment of £9.99 gets you the print-ready, watermark-free PDF. Menu Care, at £12 a month, adds up to 3 menu updates a month — price changes, new dishes, seasonal swaps — with the same print-ready output each time.
Payments, refunds, and cancelling
All prices are in pounds sterling and payments are processed by Stripe. The £9.99 download comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you're not happy, email support@menubuddy.ai within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.
Menu Care renews monthly and you can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Unused updates don't roll over from month to month.
Your menu, your responsibility
You confirm that the menu you upload is yours — that you own it or have the right to use and adapt it for your venue. You're responsible for checking the accuracy of everything on your finished menu before you print or publish it, especially prices and allergen information. MenuBuddy reproduces what you provide and confirm; it is not a substitute for your own allergen compliance under UK food law.
What you own, what we own
The finished menu PDF we deliver is yours to print, display, and use for your venue without restriction. The underlying templates, designs, and the MenuBuddy service itself remain ours, and buying a download doesn't transfer them.
Sensible limits
We work hard to keep MenuBuddy available and accurate, but we provide the service "as is" and can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under law.
The boring but important bits
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be flagged on this page with a new date, and continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions? Email support@menubuddy.ai.
